Collection, processing and use of personal data

You may visit our site without giving any personal details. We only record access data without recording the name of your internet service provider, the site from which you are visiting us or the name of the requested file. This data is only analysed to improve our service and do not allow us to determine your identity. Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily communicate it to us as part of your product order, when opening a customer account or when registering for our newsletter. We use the data provided by you, without your explicit consent, only for the fulfilment and handling of your order. Once the order has been completed and full payment has been made, your personal data will be blocked for further use and, upon expiry of the tax law and commercial law regulations, will be deleted , provided that you have not expressly agreed to the further use of your data. On registering for our newsletter , with your approval your name and e-mail address will be used for our own advertising purposes until you cancel your newsletter registration.

 

Passing on of personal data to third parties

We will not pass your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent that can be revoked at any time . Explicitly exempted from this policy is passing your personal details to our service providers, who need the data for order handling (e.g. the mail-order company entrusted with the delivery or the bank entrusted with the handling of payment). In cases of data transfer for order processing purposes, the scope of transferred data is limited to the necessary minimum.

Upon payment by “invoice” or by “direct debit” a credit assessment may be obtained if applicable to protect our justified interests, during the course of which personal data will be transferred to the company responsible.

If you are in default of payment, we reserve the right to transfer personal data to the collection company appointed by us. The protection of your interests will be taken into account according to the legal provisions.

 

Use of cookies

In order to be able to order in our on-line shop, so-called session cookies are set when calling up certain pages. This is a small text file, which is automatically deleted by your computer at the end of the browser session. This data serves only for the purpose of being able to use certain applications e.g. our shopping cart system.

We secure our website and other systems through technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, change or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. Access to your customer account is only possible upon inputting of your personal password. You should always treat your log-in information as confidential and close the browser window as soon as you have completed your communication with us, especially if you share a computer.

 

Right to information

According to the German data protection law, you are entitled to information free of charge about your stored data and, if you so wish, the right to the correction, blocking or deletion of said data.

 

Storage of contract wording and order data

We save your order data and send them to you along with our general terms and conditions via e-mail. The general terms and conditions can be viewed here at any time. You can also view your order data in your customer account if you have chosen to order with login. Otherwise your order data is not accessible via the internet for security reasons.

 

Withdrawal of consent

The following consent may have been explicitly given by you during the order process. We would like to point out that you can withdraw your consent at any time for the future.

 

Consent to e-mail advertising

I would like to regularly receive interesting offers by e-mail. My e-mail address will not be passed on to other companies. I can withdraw this permission to the future use of my e-mail address for advertising purposes at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the end of the newsletter.
